why i was banned
hello a few years ago I played apex and recently decided to return, but after starting the search I get a message that my account is banned but there is nothing on the site in the history of bans

There are some bans the ban history page doesn't display. In the 'My Ban History' page, you should see this mentioned in the blue section:
