What kind of item can you redeem with this code according to the card it came with?

If it's for currency then you'll need to redeem it on the respective platform it's meant to.

If it's for an in-game item then you'll need to redeem it in-game, which can be done on the store page where there is a "redeem code" button present.

it was xbox gift card but i lost the receipt so i asked some dude for the code at walmart and he gave me all numbers
