wont let me purchase apex coins through steam

OK so im angry i went to steam and they have now pointed me to this place i am trying to purchase apex coins through steam using steam wallet funds when i lunch apex and go into the store and click the amount of apex coins i want it does nothing doesn't bring me to a purchase screen doesn't do a dam thing am i just not allowed to get apex coins through steam in Canada or is the game just * me over for no reason please help

    @efmdaniells ,

    I can't guarantee they'll be able to solve it as I'm not sure where the problem lies for you but if it's something off about the EA account itself causing it they should be able to have a look and see if they can solve what's potentially causing it.

    If you don't get the chat option try to log out on the help.ea.com website and then see if the following link here gives you the chat option instead. Once on the chat give the right email for the EA account.

    Hey @efmdaniells ,

    Thanks for your message! That's indeed an odd one and I'm sorry to hear you are not able to buy any Apex coins from within the game via the Steam Wallet.

    Could you let us know if you can log in just fine on your EA account via www.ea.com or www.origin.com and whether other Steam payment methods work just fine and it's only the funds on the wallet that cause issues?

    i can login to origin and ea accounts just fine steam just doesnt want to work at all when i click it does nothing doesnt open steam overlay or give me an option to buy when i click in the screenshot when i click the 1000 coins it does nothing i can login to ea and origin fine and have launched the game through origin and it still doesent work

    @efmdaniells ,

    So trying to buy them via the Origin version of the game does not work either for you then? Did you already contact us before via EA Help over either chat or social media just to make sure nothing looks odd on our end on the account stopping this?

    @EA_Neil  i have not every option i pick sends me to this help page atleast everyone of them that makes sense for the problem should i go over and talk to them or can i get help here

    Did this ever get solved for you? I have the exact same problem and there is literally no information on it anywhere.
