Wrongful Ban — No Penalty History & Conflicting Support Chat Promises

Hi EA Support / Community,

I’m reaching out because my Apex Legends account (ID: re_ssyd) has been banned, and the situation feels very unfair. Here’s what’s going on:

• My penalty history shows **no violations at all**.  
• EA support chat told me that “the game will be made playable again”.  
• Despite that, I am **still banned** and cannot play.  
• I have never used cheats or third-party tools.

What deeply frustrates me is the lack of a clear explanation. **I want to know exactly what caused this ban**.  
Was it a mistake, a technical error, or some misunderstanding?

Please review my case thoroughly, provide the specific reason, and if this is an error, lift the ban.
