I keep getting this profile is not permitted to play online. SEE EA.COM/unable to connect for additional information. Can someone explain what has happened? I have never cheated in any game.

It seems I also got knocked down a level in ranked. I had just entered Gold 1 last night when this happened and now I’m back in Gold 2
