Xbox progress not carrying over to PC

So ive been playing apex on xbox  and when i got my pc, i put in the same account details and it was like i started from the start. i had unlocked valkyrie and ash on xbox but they were unavailable on pc. i know i have the same account because i have twitch prime and the awards i got from prime i saw i got on the pc version. can someone help me out?

    Hey @corewalker049, 

    I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression in Apex Legends. Your progress on PC would be separate from your progress on Xbox.

    Hey @hustlegang1992, 

    I'm afraid we don't have any updates on this at the moment. The Apex Legends team has said it's something they'd like to add in the future, but we don't have a time frame on when that might happen. 


    A good place to watch for news and updates on the game would be the @PlayApex and @Respawn Twitter channels.
