DMR RifLE

The SVK and SVDM are really good tbh, the new VSSM is also good if you forget it's a DMR.

The other three are kinda crap, though.

To be honest, the SVK is the only DMR that feels remotely reliable. Everything else struggles so much with accuracy and pacing that it’s hard to understand what role they’re supposed to fill. If firing too fast misses and firing too slow gets you outgunned, maybe the DMR category needs a bit more attention.

Among the weapons in DMR, only the GRT-BRC is somewhat decent, but even that is underpowered; the others are really bad.

Because they wanted to bump up the number of guns in the game imo. I agree most DRMs are not great, and it's rare I'm ever killed by one, and to be honest the only time i see one is if there are bots, or they are in the daily and I forget i can re roll.

Those have always been weird guns. Funnily enough, they're disappearing fast IRL, replaced by better, more versatile ARs. 

The only one I use is the SVK, although it's been hurt quite a bit by the latest patch. And even then, it's not my main gun: I run it as assault with a shorter range AR and the SVK in the gadget slot. 

I'm sure you can do well with a DMR if you're good, but I'd argue you'd probably do better with something else.
