It depends on where the RPG hits more than anything. Vehicle damage in the game is location-based, so a shot to the rear or top will chunk way harder than a glancing hit. As for the rocket speed the velocity is pretty much almost realistic the only part that isn’t is the initial launch. In real life an RPG-7 round pops out slowly first, then the booster kicks in and it accelerates very quickly. In-game it basically skips the slow launch and goes straight to full speed like it forgot it was supposed to accelerate first, which makes it feel like a laser.
We could also argue RPGs actually need a buff in some areas. Direct hits on infantry don’t always kill or hitting right at someone’s feet won’t drop them either. So while vehicles might feel it hard, they’re not exactly consistent across the board IMO.
