Most of the problems you describe have one universal solution.
The solution is to change the TTD to the level of B1 and BFV games. Unfortunately, DICE is still not listening to players' calls for TTD adjustments. Players are forced to camp so they don't get killed in half an FPS, as you write. The TTD is so extremely short in the game that there is no time for any game reaction if I'm running across the street, trying to escape from a tank, appearing in an exposed spot for a second, or simply encountering an opponent in a narrow alley at close range. If the opponent has a controller with aim assist, then there is no chance to react in a fraction of a second. Long TTD is one of the reasons why older games like BF1 and BFV are still so popular. I don't understand why DICE set up a competitive FPS game in such a way that players are forced to use tactics like in ARMA or similar games in order not to die in an extremely short time.
DICE still doesn't understand that players want to relax while playing, and that BF6 is an FPS game, not an ARMA game. Players don't want to be frustrated by constantly being killed by their opponents. DICE must see this in the declining number of players compared to the numbers when the game was launched. Of my 10 teammates, 8-9 of them are frustrated by the short and unpredictable TTD. That's why they don't play BF6 much anymore, so they don't get angry while playing. When a new game update comes out, they just check to see if anything has changed and then quit playing again after 1-2 days.
Why is long TTD the "universal" solution to the problems described?
If I can't see my opponent, the graphics are confusing, there are too many effects, the strategic points on the map are too open (you write for 3 sides), the vehiceles and snipers are too OP - none of that matters if the TTD is long enough for me to react to the enemy's actions. I'll return fire, throw a smoke grenade, manage to take cover behind an obstacle, etc.
With a short TTD, I can't do anything but die.

I totally agree with you but since the TTK and TTD is so far off I'm positive it's net code related. That explains why you're getting shot around corners.
Regarding that you have to play like ARMA or any other mil sim. This is exactly what I'm talking about. Battlefield is an arcade team based shooter. No one wants to hold angels like in siege or any other hardcore game. It totally disrupts the flow of the game.
