Have an issue where the “permanent buffs” we can buy from certain vendors disappears after you reload a save or save and reload and you can’t find them again since you’ve already bought those buffing items

After the update, 1.000.003, on PS5 on the 7th November, the issue of losing the permanent buff after loading up a save has not been fixed
Yes. I also noticed this. Specifically I have bought the following from vendors in the Crossroads and their effects disappeared after a reload:
All of these had the buff show up in the stats after purchase, but after a reload the Buffs were gone.
I am playing on PC. Patch state as of 19 Nov. V.1394766
All my purchased permanent buffs have disappeared after a save then a reload and I can no longer repurchase them? just all gone as of Nov 19 playing pc
Bought mine in Docktown pre-patch and noticed that they disappered after reload/loading up a save.
Hopefully they will fix it with the next patch, until then we keep writing that this bug still exists
It was like this pre-patch too, they disappeared after reloading/loading up a save and couldn’t buy them again. Tried after the patch, but didn’t work then either. Luckily I loaded an Auto save and could save the money spent on it
With patch 1.000.004 on PS5 it looks like the issue of permanent buffs disappearing after reloading/loading up a save has been fixed!
Bought the buffs, saved and reloaded/loaded up the save and the permanent buffs were still there!!

Looks like it is fixed in the PC version patch as well. Now on V.1394942 (Nov 21 Patch).
Went and bought a buff, saved and reloaded.
Not only was the buff still there, but in the reload it must have checked if other buffs had been bought, because the buffs I bought earlier and lost through reload were there as well.!
Just tested myself on latest Steam patch (Patch 3) and it's still broken. I wonder if other platforms on PC (not through Steam) have different versions or maybe something else is up?

Playing on PS5 and with the new Patch, 1.000.004, so has it been fixed for me, but for another it hasn’t been fixed and is still broken.
Keep writing if it doesn’t work so they see and so they can keep looking into this bug is all I can say

Updated to Patch 1.000.005 of PS5 and seems like I still have the permanent Buffs I bought on Patch 1.000.004. Still checking and being cautious about it though.
Know that it seems to be 50/50 with this bug, know that this issue still exist for some on both PC and Xbox, so if it’s still not fixed for you, then keep writing it here and make sure that it’s seen!!
Again, this issue still exist on PS5 with Patch 1.000.005 and it’s still working for me
