Hello,
I get the following error when trying to launch EA FC 25 via Epic Games through the EA App:"An error occurred – Try resetting your password and restarting your game."
I have already reset my password, reinstalled the EA App and the game, cleared the cache, and verified that my Epic Games account is correctly linked to my EA account.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Please make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance; when you make contact with the Advisor, use the phrase "I want to reset my login credentials". They should be able to help you with this.
