Background services crashed

I fixed my problem as you can also see in the answer to someone above. Apparently, the problem occured after trying to update something about my network drivers, while having another OS that had outdated ones. After countless trying, the problem was fixed after running the following commands in admin cmd and restarting my computer afterwards:

1. ipconfig /flushdns
2. ipconfig /release
3. ipconfig /renew
4. netsh winsock reset
5. netsh int ip reset
6. netsh interface ipv4 reset
7. netsh interface ipv6 reset
8. netsh interface tcp reset

please try to clear the Cache of the ea App. And if that doesn't helps, please reinstall the EA App.

You also could try to update the EA App with the eaappupdater. 

Did you fix it? I ve been having this problem for a few weeks now and im getting really frustrated. Im also really dissapointed and mad about the EA customer service. If you fixed it, can you tell me how? Thanks

Hey there, i think i have found a solution. I'm not sure if this is the fix, but after running the following commands, restarting and it could also be because of a power cycle beforehand, it worked for me. I ofcourse ran these in admin cmd.

1. ipconfig /flushdns

7. netsh interface ipv6 reset
8. netsh interface tcp reset

Same here. I tried everything, but no luck. 

I have the exact same problem. Have you found a solution already?
