Ea app crashing continuously

I’m so frustrated with this app. Can’t play my games without this worthless app crashing everytime I play my sims 4 games. I’ve spent so much money on this it’s ridiculous and someone needs to do something about this. Gonna lose valuable customers. Fix your app…..
