I'm afraid the EA app system requirements for Windows are now Windows 10 and 11. The app also requires a 64-bit version of Windows, so if you're using Windows 7 32-bit, it won't install. That might be the root cause of the INST-3-1920 error you're seeing.
In case it isn't, and if you haven't already, please try the troubleshooting steps below to see if it addresses the error:
- Uninstall EA app
- Registry clean
- Delete EA folders in ProgramFiles and ProgramData
- Restart your device
- Try installing EA app again on ea.com with a stable network connection
- Run the new installer and follow the instructions
If that doesn't work, it might be an OS compatibility issue after all.
