EA app stuck loading, unable to download games

Hello, I've had this issue for the past three days, and everything I have tried has not been able to fix it. Hoping I can find a solution here.

I just got a new PC. My laptop is unable to run The Sims 4 smoothly so I decided to upgrade. I got the PC, set it up, and installed the EA app, intending to download the game and all the DLCs I have, but I can't. When I go to the game page, it's stuck loading. Has been for the past three days. I tried looking at other games and it doesn't even give me option to download anything. Instead, there is a banner across the top of the page saying "Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem." A little longer? It's been like this for three days! I've tried so many solutions, and nothing. It's still like this. Clearing my cache, restarting the EA app, repairing the EA app, uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, running the app as an administrator, connecting to a different wifi network, lowering my PC's user access control settings, disabling my antivirus software, restarting my PC, ending EA background service with the task manager. Absolutely none of these solutions have worked. Thing is, the EA app is loading perfectly fine on my laptop. I thought that maybe having it open on there was causing my issues, but after logging out I'm still having them. I have no idea what to do and I am beyond frustrated because I spent hundreds of dollars to get a PC that will run the game I've been playing for almost a decade just for the EA app to go "lol no you don't get to play."
