EA APP WONT UPDATE ; Background Services Crashed on MAC

Ive got this problem right now. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it still doesn't work. I uninstalled my sims and re downloaded them all and it still doesn't work! I've followed all the steps and it's not working. All I want to do is play my games I've paid a lot of money for and can't! since moving to EA I can hardly play. Hopefully it fixes for both of us.
