I opened EA to play my Sims 4 and it didn't work so I had to delete the app for it still not to work, I deleted the Sims 4 and reinstalled it, but that also didn't do it any help would be appreciated...

queenoli It sounds like your EA and Steam accounts may not be properly linked to each other. Please contact EA customer support for help. Try to find a live chat option; if you don't see it, choose a slightly different category of issue.
You can also try using the help site without signing in. Some categories allow you to proceed without an active login, and those typically offer live chat.
