when I try opening the ea app. it just says " The app couldn't connect to EAs servers. Check your internet connection, and try again" but my internet connection is fine. I don't understand the error is called EC:10005
I was having the same problem for months but clean installation of windows solved my problem after I tried everything else with failure.
