I’ve had error code 10005 for probably about two months now, I’ve read the forums, googled and even used ChatGPT to help me figure this out- I’ve tried uninstalling the EA app, I’ve deleted every single trace of EA before installing again. I’ve restarted my router, restarted and updated my MacBook Pro. I’ve temporarily turned off my firewall and antivirus stuff. I’ve even tried hot spotting and this darn app still won’t connect to the wifi. It won’t even prompt a login screen, it just pops up with the darn error code- I’ve tried running the error report and because the app won’t connect to the internet the report is useless.
I just want to play the sims.
