Since last night im getting the error code EC 10005 saying failed to login. ive done everything ive looked up and cannot get on. restarted interent, tried run as admin, that wont even get me into the app. gone into files like people have said online to do but nothing. 2 days ago app was fine. steam has no issues loading up BF6. should i ask for a refund and go to steam?
Same issue. The app is terrible. I've been playing Battlefield all week, and now I can't. I tried flushing DNS, rejoining my network, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling the network adapter. It works on my mobile hotspot but not on my Wi-Fi now.

Having the same issue. Tried all of the fixes as well, just glad (kind of) that I'm not the only one seeing this.
I launched it on VPN connected to west coast just fine. I try to connect to many east cost VPN connections and it fails.
so could it be an east coast server issue? im in the south.
Yes, I think this is an east coast issue. When I connected to VPN, I no longer had problems.
I can confirm its not working correctly for some When i use my VPN and connect to Cali, its good, Dallas is good even New York was good but its seems like a few places have issue Atlanta, Some places in Florida, i haven't checked every place yet. But it is 100% down for some people on the East coast it looks like.

Had no issues playing last night and haven't been able to connect all day. What VPN is everybody using? Proton keeps wanting to put me in Europe and I'm southeast US.
tried everything then launched game after using NordVPN Atlanta server and it worked right away
Same issue here - EC 10005; on Mac. Have restarted/booted, have cleared cache, have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Confirmed no network issues - checked on multiple devices (other laptop, phone; submitting this reply on same laptop that game/app is on... so can def connect to internet). And JIC location matters (seeing some reports about this potentially limiting) in southeast US.
It definitely works with a VPN. But how is this not fixed yet? I have done all recommended steps like clearing cache, checking drivers, etc., The issue is clearly location based as myself (North Carolina) and all others who have posted location seem to be in the same region. Still down, cant open the launcher. I hate the fact I HAVE to have this garbage launcher when I bought the game on Steam.
My game is still down... Are they even aware of the issue..? Reason Im saying this is because all the servers from EA stand point are UP.
