Dear EA,
For some stupid reason. I am not able to play my 100+$ games worth of library. I feel really frustrated and I even want to use some curse words here in this disscusion. I tried every kind of advices on fixing this issue of yours and even tried to reinstal the launcher. And this is what I got for all my work... nothing. I feel really foolish not to purchase your games on Steam and rather use your suggested way. That is the EA App.

The EC:10005 error signals connectivity issues, as found on this page. If you haven't already, please try to go through as many of the connectivity troubleshooting steps on this page as you can, especially changing your DNS and seeing if there's improvement.

And for some reason, I'm not able to connect to EA Help site. And NO, I do not have any connectivity issue on my side as I can tell, because every other site is just working properly.

I think I may have a fix? I went into my settings and turned off the registered mcafee extension, restarted my computer and the EA app connected without an issue. Hopefully this works for you.

What is mcafee extension? Do you mean some extension in the EA App or my antivirus (which is not mcafee).
