[INFO REQUEST] "Service Limitations Apply" Error In EA app Or Online

I am getting this at the moment and may have had it a few months ago but haven't used EA through Game Pass for a while. 

My response to the 4 points is:

1.  Australia
2. No
3. No
4. It's a bit hard to log into an app to get something when you can't log into it.

For some reason I was able to log into the forums using my Xbox profile, but all other access points to my EA account are unavailable because of this issue.

I get this when using mobile for the verification code. 

And I get no error but no email when I use the email method.
