Today, October 10, I discovered that I can no longer access EA services (in my case, on PS5, the game FC 25). After doing a quick research, I realized I’m not the only one with this issue. Several of my friends are facing the same problem. We all have different internet providers. However, when I use mobile internet or a VPN, the problem disappears.
Dear EA, the hero city of Zaporizhzhia is NOT under Russian occupation, and it NEVER has been. Please, be so kind as to restore the ability for residents of Zaporizhzhia to continue using your products. The situation is truly outrageous — it turns out we’re suffering restrictions and consequences along with, and instead of, those who are killing us with rockets every day?
I've encountered the same problem. I was born and live in Zaporizhzhia. My city has NEVER been occupied by Russia. Currently, there's fighting not far from my city (about 40 km away). Playing BF was a way to somehow distract myself from the horror I experience every day—and not just me, but everyone in the Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Kherson, and Luhansk regions. This is pure hypocrisy. It's a slap in the face to the citizens of Ukraine... There are reports that the problem affects not only the aforementioned cities but many other regions as well. But Russian players connect to the servers and play without any problems. BRAVO! Shame on EA.
