Missing Content from dlc, bug?

I recently brought the adventures await pack which downloaded great and had no problems. i then brought the 'outdoors retreat' add on and the 'get to work' pack. i downloaded these and have had problems since. it says its downloaded and on my game however it keeps coming up with 'repair' which i have tried several times aswell as clearing the cache and restarting everything. none of the content is appearing in the game except some clothing items. no new worlds or anything. since this, my game keeps glitching and has closed on me a couple times now. its getting rid of all my progress before i can save! i dont want to be saving every 5 seconds as you know what that'd be like!
so at the moment ive lost money, my games progress and the ACTUAL packs ive only just brought! can anyone help with this please.
