I've purchased one of the newest kits (The First Fits Kit) and its doing the exact same thing. When I go into CAS, it doesn't show up, even if I put the Kits tag. I've tried the following steps, clearing the cache, repairing the game, and it still hasn't worked. Everytime I clear the cache, it tells me I have to download the First Fits Kit, but it doesn't show up after that. When I go into the game files, SP34 (Which I believe is the name for The First Fits Kit) does not show up. I am currently using the EA app instead or Origin.

My problem is even worse, I simply can't buy the kits. The app says there's a problem with my account and could not proceed with the purchase

Hi there @urza2k4, If you click The Sims 4 game tile in your library in the EA App and go to Manage, then Manage Add-Ons, is the First Fit Kits showing as installed here?

@juilha15 This is my problem too. I even tried logging out of the EA app and logging back in. And I still can't buy them.

Hi @juilha15, Are you getting a numbered error code when you try to make the purchase? Could you attach a screenshot to your post please of the exact error you're receiving?

If you click The Sims 4 game tile in your library in the EA App and go to Manage, then Manage Add-Ons, is the First Fit Kits showing as installed here?

Another important thing to mention is that I contacted the help center and they told me there was nothing that could be done because no even a purchase trial was appearing in the system.
They told me that I should try to get answers through here.

Please try the troubleshooting steps listed out here to help with this error. You may also want to try a different payment method as well.

@EA_Solaire Well I couldn't obtain dessert kit and now I can't buy any of the new kits either, it's really annoying now. I'm giving up...
