EDIT: I have a specific file that seems to be all about the exact error. And wasn't sent according to the Error reporter log. Attaching.

Hey Everyone.
Thank you all for the information. I have sent all the info along to the team. When I get an update I will post one here. For the meantime, I am continuing to look around at these errors as they seem network based in some way.
I would like to as if everyone could try the following as well.- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public Google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4)
- Change TCP/IP Settings
- Reset Windows Host File
DNS Flush
- Click the Start button. It’s the Windows logo in the bottom left corner.
- Select Command Prompt.
- To open the command prompt console, you could also simply press the Windows and R keys at the same time and enter cmd.
- You may see a popup asking if you want to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer. If you do, select Yes.
- If you are asked for an administrative login at this point, then you’ll need to contact your system administrator to proceed.
- In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
- Press Enter.
- You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.

Thank you. I am getting this error when trying to load Jedi Survivor on my Steam Deck. I've just about 100%'d the game at this point and haven't had this issue. Heck I didn't have this issue in the morning of this day, then suddenly when I tried to load the game in the afternoon, I keep getting this error. So, how do I report all the information you need when I'm playing the game on the Steam Deck? I'd love to figure out how to get passed this. Thanks.
I'm also getting this issue with Frostpunk. I played it 9 hours ago and everything was fine.
- From the United States
- Internal hard-drive
- HDD
- As far as I know it started today (07/03/2023), it is currently 22:52pm, it has been doing this for hours. I am trying to reset my password to an account I didn't know I had.
- The EC is 10500, I can't include pictures of the steps because it doesn't allow that many photos
- The report ID is
453cc6e9-4ce9-4170-a72b-5308481b6497
Windows version and build number: 22H2, Build 19045.3086
EA app version: unsure, I can't even install the app anymore
The region you're from: USA, West
Are you using an internal or external drive to play your games? Internal
Are you using an HDD or SSD? SSD
Date this issue started: Still happening, noticed this on July 1st
Other error(s)? Before uninstalling the app and running myself into a bigger hole, I originally could not download any DLC. I got the error "something is wrong, try again later". Attempting to repair also got me this error message. Tried to uninstall Sims 4 and reinstall: couldn't reinstall due to the same error again. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app itself: "installation timed out". I really think this is an EA issue and not an internet issue. I don't know what to do, and I'm stressing over this even though I shouldn'tETA: added DxDiag text
