Unable to launch NFS Heat " Failed to launch the game"

I got the game on the Steam Store, and when i start it, the EA App opens and says me "Failed to Launch the game: An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later. 

Im trying it since yesterday morning, tryed all the standard solutions by the support, and i don't know what more to do for this. Someone?
