After waiting days to get help from live chat this it what they said

The live support is totally useless. I gave him all the information I could give him with in regards to getting help for unlinking an old EA account that I don’t ever remember connecting to my PlayStation or even making for that matter they told me that they couldn’t help me out with anything anymore because I couldn’t verify being associated with that email so they said that they couldn’t do anything at all because it was out of their hands and there was no way for them to work around it. This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced the worst company because now I can’t even play games that have to have an EA account because an old email that I don’t remember making is connected to my PlayStation account this is a disgrace

To clarify, in order to make any changes to an EA account, including unlinking it from a PlayStation account, you must pass EA’s account verification process. This is a strict requirement designed to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access. Unfortunately, if the account can’t be verified, EA Support won’t be able to proceed with changes. I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but these policies are in place to ensure account security across all platforms.
