Can’t get any help from live chat

Question

It’s been about four days that I have tried to reach an agent in the live chat, but every time I do so I get an email saying that they have closed the live chat due to an inactivity and then I have to make another case number to do it again and the same thing happens over and over and over again they need to fix his issue I’m trying to unlink an account that I don’t have access to anymore and I can’t get any help with that this is absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.&nbsp;

It looks like they disabled my account. For no rhyme or reason. So I don’t have any way to fix this on my own. I assume you’re having the same problem. Well EA’s support is sh** so now we’re all stuck with no avenues for help. This might be my last time buying or playing anything from EA

Yea this is just ridiculous I have games I want to play but can’t because some email is connected to my PlayStation that I don’t even recognize or the phone number&nbsp;
