I'm having a similar issue. Activision has been a problem for me as well. Neither company can recognize that the email I used for years isn't the one on my account now. But instead of recognizing that. I have to start again. What a hassle

Hi there, I understand your frustration in having difficulties getting assistance with your EA account. However, issues involving disabled accounts and account recovery must be handled directly by EA Help, as we can't make any account changes here in the EA Forums.
Please contact EA Help at https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/ and select "Update EA Account" as the topic, which should give you the option to start a chat. I hope this helps.

I have made several tickets and after they marked two tickets as "Resolved" but still didn't work they put one as "No fix available" they are scams. Can't link my EA to playstation account. How hard could it be for them to fix? 4 days have I struggled now I'm done. Worst support I ever experienced
