Hacked account fc26 and stolen 432,000 fc coins

A few weeks ago, after logging into FC25, I noticed that 432,000 FC coins were missing. My EA account was set up in German, while I'm in Bulgaria and don't speak any German.

 

Right away, I contacted support. Obviously, the chat agent didn't understand what I was saying, so I submitted a direct complaint explaining what happened. Nobody provided a solution, except to say that no additional content was missing.

 

So, I bought the premium edition, spent a lot of money on packs to reach 500,000 coins, my account was hacked, and on top of that, there's no basic support to even understand what happened. The funniest thing is that the email I'm using is related to my bank account, and there are people now able to get my payment data. I've sent four emails written in Italian and English and opened four tickets, but there's no support, and I'm still missing my FC coins. I have to say that this is the worst customer support experience.

 

This is my last try, guys. Then I will go straight to my lawyer and let him deal with that, as much of my personal data was stolen, and this goes against any terms and conditions we accept. Honestly, I will do my best to let everybody know how EA is dealing with serious matters like mine.

    After explaining my issues do you really think this is a proper answer? They talk about additional content while my issues is clearly about an haked account with missing coins, and again I have wrote it in both English and Italian
