My case “player unavailable”
How do I gain access to a chat room with a EA worker regarding an open case I filed?
They told me it would take 24-72 hours for a representative to contact me that had the abilities to change my EA account link to my PSN as they linked the wrong one to begin with. They mentioned to not resume my case as it would push me back in the queue.
well it’s been over a week now and nobody contacted me so I checked my status on my account and it reads “player unavailable” with no chance to even open another chat room to discuss with someone. It’s almost like they want me to cancel my case.
any help would be much appreciated.
