Need PSN Unlinked from Old EA Account – No Support Response (Case #218233296)
Hi everyone,
I’m really hoping someone here can help me get this resolved. I’ve had an open case with EA Help for over a week now (Case #218233296), but I’ve had zero contact from support despite multiple follow-ups.
The issue:
My PlayStation account is still linked to an old EA account I can’t access anymore (Hotmail address I haven’t used in over 10 years). Because of this, I can’t unlink it or connect it to my current EA account.
What I’ve already tried:
- Submitted a case through EA Help
- Sat in the live chat queue for over 24 hours — stuck at 99+
- Tagged @EAHelp, PartWelsh, and others on Twitter with no reply
- DM’d EA Help multiple times
- Tried different support categories and platforms
- Contacted Microsoft to try to recover the old email (unsuccessful)
All I’m asking for is help unlinking my PSN from the old, inaccessible EA account so I can link it to my current one.
I’m happy to verify my identity and prove the PSN account is mine — I just need someone from the team to actually look at my case.
Would really appreciate it if a mod or EA rep could help escalate this.
