Servers not connecting on new internet

Hello! I was told to write this from a customer support member but I recently just moved into my first apartment and with my new wifi I haven't been able to get online to any EA games for over a week. Every other online game is working for me, I've had the router manufacturers here twice now and there is no issue on their part, I've started my ps5 in safe mode and done what I can on my end and nothing has worked. Please help I just want to play my games I've spent so much money on.

Try power cycling your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again

Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!

I have already gone through all of these steps with Xbox support and it didn't fix it. We went as far as doing a full factory reset to my xbox, and even still I was not able to connect to EA servers.

What game are you trying to connect to and what is the message you're seeing?

Were you able to try power cycling? It often resolves issues like this.

Can you try using a wired connection instead?

Also, check the network settings on your console. What does it say for the NAT?

Every EA Game I try to load up says it cannot connect to EA servers. College football 25, Madden 25 and 26, and Battlefield. I already am using an ethernet connection for my internet to the xbox. For the NAT Type it says Open. Network status Wired, IPv4, NAT: Type Open, and it says "All services are available".

You previously mentioned using wifi so I thought you were on a wireless connection.

Try going through every step here. Especially, using alternate DNS settings.
