Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?
What platform do you play on, by the way? Am on PS5 , here is the error that appears

Hi,
Its happening on the companion app and web app. It says login server is unavailable and kicks you out and you login again to see your pack in unassigned. Yeah me too.

Im getting the same. Apparently its because of people using snipe bots which surely isnt true because iv never used one.
- @EA_QueenBee still not fixed while using the webapp, adding the pre-order popup is probably part of the issue because it was working fine before that
@EA_QueenBee It says login unavailable even though I am already logged in to the web app. Only seems to happen when opening packs.
After signing in, I try to open packs from Rivals rewards and get a message that log in is unavailable and it logs me out.

Hey folks,
Are y'all getting these errors on the console/PC itself too, or only on the apps? - @EA_QueenBee I have only tried the web app.
just the web app, I’m having the same problem as well.
- @EA_QueenBee For me, i happened on iOS app and Web app, I can login UT via Xbox.
It's clearly the new splash screen and whatever else has changed in the app since you added that. Awful bug checking as per usual

Same here, I have to re enter my email and password every time too. Didn't have an issue yesterday just noticed today.
Just for Web app, in Console it works correctly.

Me too! The companion app it's not working since 24h ago. I can't understand and no one said anything so far...
what do you think is the problemHi guys. for some time I have been experiencing a problem in the companion application. After opening a package, the application logs out. I have to log in every time and again if I open packages again they log out....and again and again...it's already stressful. I tried all options, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, emptying the cache, update. I don't know if my problem is related to the ad that started appearing in my companion yesterday when I log in with the eafc25 pre-order, but I simply have to log in again every time after opening a package. Opinions?

I have moved your post here as it's the same issue. Please have a look at the accepted solution and provide the information requested if possible as that will help us investigate this.
Thank you! There is no accepted solution because it doesn't work. There is some account server issue for the Web app and mobile app. I can play fine on ps5 or Xbox. Further more I have the same ea account for ps5 and Xbox. If my active account is ps5 I can't log in at all. If it's and Xbox I can log in but it logs me out every time I open a pack.
@EA_cuervo Any forecast, when this issue is gonna be fixed? Does someone is working on a fix already?
Since both, web and mobile applications are affected and logging in is basically impossible, I assume this issue is treated as a "Blocker".
