FC25 connection issues, unable to connect and disconnects

Hey. My internet provider has some connetion issue on all platforms (PC, PS5, XBOX) We get ~50-100 customers facing some troubles. We ask AKAMAI for this (their servers on way to yours didnt response) and they tell us to write EA. Support chat EA says to ask community manager here for any contacts and torubleshooting. I have some tcpdumps, traceroutes and IP, i need some contacts from you to work with us, help pls
