30fps on Xbox Series S

Am I the only one or are the Ultimate Team menus locked to 30 fps on Xbox Series S? I have a 240hz monitor and have set the fps to 120 in my Xbox settings, but the menus still feel slugish. I watch videos from youtube and their game's are running in perfect 60fps minimum. Does anyone know a fix?
