add VAR cutscenes

I second that, for career mode.
It shouldn't be too present, but it should definitely be there from time to time (even an opt-in mechanic like "hold 'A' to watch" would be OK to me).

Maybe the ref could let play flow for offsides that aren't immediately clear, and then we'd see a VAR/semi-automated offside review at the end of the play if the play ends in a goal (with the chance to have the goal stand if the review doesn't find the offside, or to have the goal disallowed if the offside is there).
Or a VAR review cutscene could be triggered when a penalty is awarded (seeing that now almost every other penalty decision is confirmed or reverted by VAR).

Maybe just not for all the penalties/offsides though, as it would then get pretty dull fast.
