Player career

Why on player career are my ai teamate stupid, like once im trying to make a run because seemingly none of my teamates can and i ask for a through ball and my midfielder just plays pass to the opposition or why do they take so long to give you the ball that they will just lose it.

Please fix this is incredible annoying
