Playtime Tracking Glitch [PS5]

Question

So I think I figured out why my web app market will not unlock. I have playtime activated so it can track my hours and games, but my match counter doesn’t track my games. So it’s logging hours but not tracking games played throughout the week. I have no idea how to fix this to get my games to track. My playtime hours completely resets altogether every single time I play online in a rivals or online game. I cannot figure out how to make it work so I can unlock the market. It’s so frustrating and ruining this game for me.&nbsp;

Yes I have many times. The issue is the games are not counting due to a glitch in the playtime feature. So there is no way for the system to recognize the consecutive play 3 games.&nbsp;

Just had a full conversation with ea support and they said that there is nobody to contact in the developer team to investigate this and that they won’t follow up with the “feedback” provided after reviewing the case. They told me that they could see I have done 396 games on the account. You should see this insanity.
