Worest Experience with game play.

Dear EA Sports Mobile Team,

I am writing as a long-time player of EA Mobile, having played since 2013—from FIFA to the current FC 26. Unfortunately, I must express my deep disappointment with the direction the game has taken in recent years. The last four seasons, in particular, have been the most frustrating and unsatisfying I have experienced, primarily due to persistent issues such as hacking, gameplay imbalance, and unstable connections.

1. Gameplay Accuracy and Balance

The current gameplay feels inconsistent and unrealistic. All players perform almost identically, regardless of their ratings or attributes. Matches rely heavily on how quickly a player can execute skill moves, rather than on actual statistics such as dribbling, pace, or overall rating.
Question: What is the purpose of investing in high-rated players or purchasing packs if low-rated players can perform equally well?

2. Goalkeepers’ Performance

There is little to no distinction between goalkeepers of different ratings. Even highly rated goalkeepers fail to deliver noticeable improvements, making progression feel meaningless.

3. Defensive Weakness

Defenders have become disproportionately weak compared to attackers. They often take incorrect positions, particularly in Head-to-Head (H2H) matches, leading to unrealistic defensive errors.

4. Wingers’ Speed and Dribbling

Attributes such as speed and dribbling are not properly reflected in gameplay. Fast wingers (RWs and LWs) are frequently caught or stopped easily by defenders with significantly lower ratings, which undermines player statistics and balance.

5. Hacking and Exploits

The most critical issue remains the widespread presence of hackers. Many exploit glitches to disconnect opponents, manipulate gameplay, or score effortlessly across multiple modes, including VSA, H2H, and Manager Mode. These activities destroy competitive fairness and discourage genuine players.

6. Pack Rewards and Probability

Pack openings have become increasingly disappointing. Despite paying for premium content, the chance of obtaining a valuable player remains unreasonably low. A 1% success rate for desirable rewards discourages players from spending and erodes trust in the system.

7. Lack of Action Against Modded or Cracked Versions

It is concerning that EA appears to take limited action against websites hosting modded or cracked versions of the game. These versions are easily found online, and they enable hackers to continue exploiting the game environment. Proactive monitoring and enforcement are urgently needed to protect the integrity of the player community. 

In conclusion, it is deeply disappointing to see such a promising and beloved game suffer from ongoing issues that could be prevented with stricter oversight and fairer systems. We play to enjoy competition, not to experience frustration caused by unfair play and technical instability.

Please take these concerns seriously and work toward restoring the trust and enjoyment of your loyal community.
