I've pre-ordered FC 26 but the money hasnt gone out of my account and i havent been sent an email, the game appears in my xbox library, i'm just a little confused. I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago and didnt get my pre-order bonuses, please help!
Money for pre-orders usually get taken out a week or two before the games release. I'd suggest going into your xbox settings, going to payment & billing then order history. It should say on the order history 'pre-order: pending' meaning you've pre-ordered the game but the payment hasn't been taken out yet. As long as Fc 26 is there then it's confirmed you've pre-ordered. Hope this helps.

I mean, the game isn't out yet? So no one has the game. It still appears in the xbox library because I pre-ordered so if it's not there then something has gone wrong? If you have proof that the money that came out is connected with FC 26 then maybe ask EA? I'm only answering the quetion that was originally asked, not quite sure how you expect me to explain something I have no experience on 'XD'

Depends on where you preordered from. If you pre ordered from third party like cd keys etc they take it straight away but xbox dont usually take it right away.
Shouldn't ea let you know when you pre order it when the money will be taken out
Pre ordered the game last month on my cc but mo ey didnt come out gor a notice saying g it was cancelled so paid today will I still get all the benefits of the pre order with icons as got the icon on fc 25. Can anyone at ea help with this thanks
Yes you should do, the exact same happened to me, I believe that's just how they take the payment
