that dude is right though EA, you should start fixing stuff quickly. because your (real) fan base is wishing your company doomed.

its obvious. 11vs11 matchmaking.
players connect. play a bit of forward, or line backer or whatever. chill game. you dont care too much if you loose or win (kinda like real football)
shoot a couple of balls, pass a couple of assists that lead to scores. have a good evening and call it for the day.
enjoyable. easy to connect. 11vs11 role queue. if a player leaves an ai skips in. but the matchmaking system and settings are setup for people not leaving.
easy peasy. happy player community.

i was actually a bit hyped to play this, had downloaded the game and everything. now im downloading fifa 25 instead. so that i can play at least, online automatic matchmaking. (though its prolly gonna be 1vs1 (which is boring, if you have played very little fifa) (very boring)

youre supposed to make games that people wanna play . . . .
your relevance as an esport is totally gone, if there are no dedicated fan base of your games.
you can sit in your pro leagues and pretend that there is attention or interest
in terms of sponsorship
there isnt really even a viable reason to upgrade computer hardware anymore, seeing as your studios have become more ideologically inclined in creating BORING, FRUSTRATING, BAD games
that few people even wanna play at this point (except if they are paid to do so (streamers))

people can automatically connect quickly, shoot a couple of balls, or maybe play goal keeper. . . . run up and down the field, have a <relaxed> somewhat careless gaming experience that is enjoyable, fun and nice. . ..
