Hacked, stuck

Someone stole my account and changed my email address. Thankfully, EA noticed and banned my account. Now I want to change my email back, but I can't change it (website doesn't let me to do it). I can't change my email, so I can't open a dispute (website gives me an error) and contact EA because it gives me an error. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this? İt's been 2 month. I can't contact with the ea help because i think they are trying to communicate through the email of the person who stole my account.
