Drops are not available on YouTube. What about players who do not have a Twitch account and/or the Twitch account is already linked to another EA account (inactive, banned or deleted EA account)? Will you offer a re-live on YouTube (with active rewards) so that all players have the opportunity to receive the packs for FC26?Thanks in advance.

Hi folks,I'm afraid I have to be the bearer of bad news and there won't be a rerun of the livestream or other way to get the viewer rewards.The pinned messaging in the YouTube chat clearly called out that rewards aren't active and to head on over to Twitch instead.That's really unfortunate, and I totally understand that you hoped for a different outcome. But we will look into the underlying issue and there will be more opportunities to earn viewer rewards including on YouTube in the future!

Did not have access to a twitch acount and then the YouTube rewards not working feels like a scam and i think we should all be compansated for watching the stream and not gettong any rewards for it!

thats just annoying... on twitch it said im connected to ea but in my ea account it said that im not. but if i wanted to reconnect these accounts i would have to wait for half a year to do so.. then i connected yt to ea to watch the stream on my phone for one hour today just to see the pinned message in chat later on bc chat was closed the whole time that drops are not available.. **bleep**ing awesome

Hello,
Yesterday, I watched the EA SPORTS FC 26 | First Gameplay Livestream for about 1 hour and 15–20 minutes. While watching on YouTube, I saw a notification stating that “Viewership rewards are not currently active on YouTube, head to Twitch for rewards.” I switched to Twitch immediately, but by then it was too late to fully complete the second reward.
I was able to claim the 15-minute reward, but the 1-hour reward only registered around 90%, even though I watched the entire stream from start to finish on both platforms.
I believe this issue may have affected other players as well, and it would be fair towards community if compensation could be provided to those impacted.

ME7G0RE, yeah, I noticed. The EA advisor insisted that I open a duplicate thread, even though I mentioned it feels like spamming. I guess that’s just their way of showing that I have the same issue, not sure though.
