Forum Discussion
Hey SpartanLogan23,
Thanks for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry the move from EA Help to the EA Forums has felt like a dead end.
EA Help handles direct support cases. The EA Forums are where issues and feedback are collected and tracked.
The EA Staff here reads the boards every day and reports trends, feedback, suggestions, and recurring issues to the relevant teams. We do not always reply to every post, even when it has been seen and shared internally.
If EA Help can’t resolve something directly and asks you to post on the EA Forums, that is usually because your report can help highlight a broader issue. Even when there is no public reply, your posts still matter, and your feedback is heard.
We appreciate your and other players' participation on the boards and hope to keep seeing you around!
Nobody believes a word you say
You have made it constantly clear you don't actually care about what people post unless its you trying to silence them.
I let my brother play my game
OMG YOU CHEATER WE'RE GOING TO BAN YOU
But what about these pros who are literally selling their services?
LALALALALA I'm not listening, nothing to see here
And yes, that literally happened with you people, you threatened to ban a player because he let his brother play his console but when you were shown actual evidence of your own pros breaking your rules, you went completely silent
You even had the absolute nerve to claim players were only complaining "because they weren't good enough" and to "watch pros for tips" which in English was "please watch our streams, because nobody else will"
Just be honest, you have zero input with anyone who makes the game and they don't give a shining hit about 99% of the player base, they only care about appeasing the paid shills on twitter who post misleading and illegal videos to con people into opening packs.
