Forum Discussion
Hi vldsdfz155
Thank you for your kind words, I appreciate that. I can certainly understand how repeated silence or lack of acknowledgement can eventually wear down anyone’s patience. Spending time explaining issues and hoping they will be addressed, only to see little response, can naturally lead to frustration.
That said, I still try to stay calm about it. At the end of the day, this is not my product and I have not broken anything. I am simply a customer and an observer describing what I experience while playing the game. Of course there is some disappointment when the gameplay does not behave as expected, but I learned a long time ago that reacting with anger rarely leads to productive outcomes.
As the saying often attributed to Confucius goes: “If you can stay calm and collected, you are always a winner.” Remaining composed usually keeps the discussion constructive and focused on the actual issues rather than emotions.
I also understand your concerns about the patching approach. When gameplay issues appear and the community raises them in large numbers, it is reasonable for players to hope that those concerns will be reflected in the changes that follow. From the outside, it can sometimes be difficult to see how closely community feedback is influencing development decisions.
Ultimately, I think most players here are asking for the same thing: a stable and consistent gameplay experience where the systems in the game — ratings, stats, playstyles, and AI behaviour — function as intended. The game clearly has the potential to be excellent, and many of us remember earlier versions where certain aspects of gameplay felt very refined.
For now, my approach is simply to continue sharing observations calmly and constructively. Hopefully, over time, clear feedback from the community can still help highlight where improvements are needed.
Once again thank you!
In the last few months there have been massive complaints about how squad battles work, with the AI's approach seemingly being "we will bore you to death"
How did EA respond to this massive criticism?
They put out a statement in game saying "play on a lower difficulty"
Yes, EA literally claimed players were only complaining because they weren't skilful enough to win
Ignore the fact the majority of players were still winning matches, they just weren't having FUN doing it because the gameplay was simply that bad.
In the world of EA, who literally think that a "challenge" involves overcoming a cheap AI is somehow acceptable, they blamed the player base for not liking the game.
