Customer update:
I am trying to remain polite, constructive, and professional, but at this stage it feels necessary to acknowledge what many other members here have already been saying about EA Sports customer service.
I have been advised by EA Help to wait for an in-game message. We did receive one yesterday; however, it did not address any of the core issues that have been repeatedly raised across multiple posts by numerous members of this community.
The concerns being reported are consistent and widespread, yet there appears to be a lack of meaningful response or follow-up.
At this point, it is difficult not to share the view expressed by many others here — that the level of engagement and support provided does not reflect the seriousness or scale of the issues being experienced.
