Thanks for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry the move from EA Help to the EA Forums has felt like a dead end.
EA Help handles direct support cases. The EA Forums are where issues and feedback are collected and tracked.
The EA Staff here reads the boards every day and reports trends, feedback, suggestions, and recurring issues to the relevant teams. We do not always reply to every post, even when it has been seen and shared internally.
If EA Help can’t resolve something directly and asks you to post on the EA Forums, that is usually because your report can help highlight a broader issue. Even when there is no public reply, your posts still matter, and your feedback is heard.

Your liars how did you say that with a straight face. There must of literally been thousands of posts regarding the same cheating in FUT in fc26 since release and EA staff have done zero to do anything about it. You guys don't even acknowledge it. The only time you mods get involved is to delete posts with the name of cheaters exposed other than that you don't care. All i get from EA is that they think they are to big and rich to care about it's customers. The only time EA fix anything is if it involves buying packs or coins. Zero other issue has been resolved since release.
