i really tried several times over the last 4 years to tell what the problems are in that game, but either i got ignored or told things that are no help in any way.
The only things i got told here by the support team is either putting the blame on me or my connection, despite no other game has problems at that directions, and i also got told that only customers help here and not their team.
what i am asking myself now, why do they have a forums-team here? only to ban ppl that talk the truth about their broken promises and game?
i mean what exactly do you think @ea employees will happened when you put out a product that costs a fortune at start but breaks every promise and is a beta version at best, and also gets worse with every patch?
You just nailed it...the staff here is for one purpose only. Ban and censor any of the fans talking about the topics that they were sued for in California. The only reason the plaintiffs couldnt prove what this company was doing was because of the protection to the company in not allowing for discovery of the companies inside documents as the tobacco companies did for 70 years. Deny and hide any knowing of the claims made against the company.
